What's the difference between a Park PRS-2 and a PRS-2os repair stand?

I'm thinking of buying one of these of someone. She says it's an old stand with 2 clamps and an iron base possibly a Park PRS-2. How much would a used one be worth? This is about a half hour away...

I found them in someone's residential trash, the guy who owned them also gave me 2 more old 3 speeds, a trek frame and all the parts that went with the trek in a box.
