stamped as 11891 - bars hace SR on them. I was told from the owner that is was built...not bought as such ? It has a label on it from Madison. Try to send more pics later.

I've decided that I am just going to sell this frame...probably put it on Ebay. Sort of lost interest with all my other bike projects and am goin in a different direction.

Here are additional pics...the 282673Manitou Mars sound accurate but those may have been added...it has a specialized headset and Azonic bars also.
