That link gave me enough to successfully edit the 'hosts' file.
I added:
8.8.8.8 crazyguyonabike.com
and it now works. Thanks!

FWIW, I am currently able to see CGOAB from my Windows 7 desktop computer, but not on my Acer netbook with XP. I have not yet tried the fix suggested above by StephenJubb.
