I got a second Specialized Toupe on eBay for pretty cheap. Such a good saddle that I'm gonna try to put one on each bike.

I've heard that the Toupe allows you to slide around a bit more due to its flatter top while the Phenom tends to keep you in a single position. Some people prefer the Toupe for racing.

I would try welding a support between the chainstay and the seatstay to compensate for the braking forces. Seatstays can be pretty weak if they weren't designed for disc brakes. Awesome job though!...
