yea the 1200 does have presta valves, i didnt' know the difference i went to my LBS and they explained it all and gave me an adapter, thanks for the responses though

I just bought a trek 1200, but my pump doesn't fit on the schrader valve protruding from the tire. Do i need to buy a new pump, or just a special adapter?

IMO, the prairie path is far too rough for a road bike, the crushed limestone is fine, the problem is in the gaps between the path and road, in some places the gap is almost 5 inches, which is way...
