That was 2 years ago in the Spring of 2011. That phone call lead to both problems being resolved. Received new bolt and upgraded binder system. She then road that bike to multiple US Masters titles...

Wow! 2 year ago and you don't think we fixed the problem? For the old style seatbinder we remachined the cones and added a new bolt that would handle the higher torque value needed to stop rotation....
