I have the miche hubs...they are sealed bearings...

I have the miche hubs...they are sealed bearings I think, so they aren't as fast as my other old school hubs. I think all cogs are threaded the same, because I am using an english threaded dura ace...

Nitto 019 and 021 pursuit bars are what I ride with on the street... You're able to get a lot more power out of bull horns than drops, especially in the hills.

here's another idea: take off both derailleurs, the rear wheel, one chainring, brakes and brake levers, and add a rear track wheel. that will save some weight.
