I think it's better to drive without shocks, (typed socks before lol) as I once tried with & without at winter I just couldn't keep the control of bike propely with "soft" fork.

That's neat. Just-in-case, google the bikes serial number, if this appears to be stolen, hand it over to local police station. Once happened to my friend that he bought a stolen bike & got in trouble...

I need a bit help on my white brake hoods which decided to get dirty & a bit sticky....
