Depends on traffic in the trail. Since it's a multi-use trail, sometimes it's difficult to even keep 10+mph, but again, it's a multi-use trail. I like it 14mph personally. Just a light sweat.

We usually stock our fridge with whole milk for my baby daughter and 2% for me and my wife (we 'think' we're being weight conscious, although once in a while I'll steal some of my daughter's milk......
