that's how an electric bike suppose to look like... clean, no wires, controllers and some ugly battery case and the most important of all is durability. i don't think hub motors with those cheap...

i would say return and specify problems with images... they will send you a almost pre-tuned bike in 2 days or state the problem and don't return it and they will give you descent credit for...

i would suggest the Genesis at Wally...the GiordaNO handle post is so flimsy and the hinge bolt comes out as you keep on using it or it's really designed that way. i saw a kid riding it...
