Dropout screw / Tension Screw broken in frame

Hey guys,

Any thoughts on how I can get this out of the frame?Difficult to get to a shop right now, and I’m hoping since a bit of the screw is sticking out I can use something to twist/remove it....

Stripped Real Axle bolt

Phil Wood Front Track Hub Bolt

I did measure it. I wsan't sure about the distance so I decided to get the long reach thinking I could just raise the pads. They weren't expensive so I decided to give it a try.
