Thanks for the replies. There's a Merckx Corsa Extra frameset only on eBay for $1000. Some completes going for $2500, but those have full c-record w/ the delta brakes.

I wouldn't buy a conversion for $200, you might as well get a windsor the hour for $199. Also, what Raleigh model is it? If it is like a international or mk2 you are getting a great deal.

The aventon cordoba and mataro are solid choices for alu, and your budget would allow u to switch to a better crank or whatever. If you liked the steamroller so much then go with what tt suggested....
