you can find them out on internet sites and other places, it doesnt usually say it on the rim.

blowouts are usually caused by heavily braking on a hot day, from the friction the rims can heat up...

best wheels that meet the uci rules

i race U/17's and have restrictions to what wheels i can use. the rim can not be made of carbon fibre or any other similar fibres, they cant have less than 16 spokes front and rear.
