We now want 5-6 bikes when we go on vacation. I've seen many 4 hitch racks. Thule makes a 5 I think... but I'd prefer wheel trays rather than hanging.
I've never seen any that allow more than 4...

I absolutely agree with the partial weight bearing squats. - quad strength helps my knee feel better. I think that's why the cycling actually improved my pain as well... and the motion is good.

I can relate. I'm young with osteoarthritis in both knees, but pain only in one knee. Had ACL repair with large cartilage tears 20 years ago and finally caught up to me.

Cycling feels great...
