Brake levers with disc brakes

Looking to convert my avid bb7 disc brake from flat bar to to drop bars. It is a single speed so I wouldn't need a sti shifter, just a single speed brake hood. What will work well with my brakes?

those are just origin 8 bar ends with a brake lever mounted on them.....he still has shifters on the flat bar....cool concept...i use the bar ends like this on my commuter but its way to wide to ride...
