I think we need a "HOW TO" or "DO IT YOURSELF" forum. This would make it easy for ppl to share maintenance and installation instructions with pics or without, and would be helpful to the Bike Forum...

I also weigh 220. I ride the Specialized FSR XC, with the Manitou Axel Comp fork and it's great. I just keep 220psi in the rear shock to keep me afloat.
