Went to work early today so traffic was light, and car fumes were minimal. I took my time and had a leasurly pace the whole way.

This is only day two for biking to work hopefully I can keep it up...

Cool - congrats on the weight lose. I was at 295 and now i am at 256. I am hoping that the gym in mornings and the added commute to work will help shed those other pounds.

Yes, the climate isn't bad it was only 86 degrees today, and I did enjoy the fresh air except when I got back to the office my alergies started acting up.
