The Lynxx does not suffer from the same limitation with the brake boss as the Baron. It is set up for v-brakes, and there is ample clearance for a 700c wheel, as I have had one on in the trainer...

You can calculate it, but you need quite a few variables, including wind resistance (which changes with conditions), weight, grade, and effiecency of drive train, not to mention rolling resistance...
