Take a look at the market for used Master...

Take a look at the market for used Master Lights/MXL's. You will see that they are no more than Serottas or other bikes of that ilk. And they are arguably among the most beautiful frames out there.

The wheels are old Rolf Vectors but they feel bomber enough and I've never had issues with them on my road bikes.

Issue with Shimano Dura Ace crank pinch bolts

I bought a DA 7800 BB/crankset, used, and installed it on my bike. In torquing the pinch bolts, I partially stripped one of them before I got to the recommended torque (with a 6mm hex, of course)....

I don't think you could go wrong as long as light weight isn't paramount to you.
