I've read on here how a lot of the one brake riders seem to agree that riding brakeless is very unsafe.

I came across a Black Raleigh 3 speed sport (womens frame).
Good condition, 29.00 found some serial numbers on the top of the seat tube
RAA02177.

Can anyone tell me the year from these numbers....
