Is there anywhere to get cool designs on the tri suits. It's not a must but, I have looked around and they are all plain colors no team names or brand logo's or anything.

What speed for a work out

I have heard that in a pack 20mph to 22mph is about average on a long ride. I am riding anywhere from 10-30 miles and want to know if 16.5mph to 18mph is about average, riding solo?

I wish it was that easy, between full time manager and full time school and a girlfriend it's kinda hard to make regular work outs. Most my working out is done after 9 or 10 p.m.
