Your choice of long chage s short cage is dictated by total wrap capacity... if for instance your front chainrings were 30 and 52 you would have a 22 tooth difference, and similarly a 11-34 rear...

I was lucky to read an article on saddles when I first started riding ... I have a Sella Evolution drop nose saddle, and I absolutely love it... worth every penny of the $200 spent.

I have done exactly what you are describing using loose cogs from Harris Cycle.... the rivets holding together the top gogs dill out...

The girlfriend got sucked in by the LBS while I was out of town and bought a very nice Trek down bar road bike.... only problem is she has severe neck problems and really needs a flat bar road bike....

Right you are it came with 8 spd sora components... A friend upgrade his bike to 10 speed and passed along RD, Casette and shifters for free... LUCKY ME....

Are the Derailer Mounting threads the same on all of these plates or does it need to be a Shimano specific plate.... The plate I have would work except the derailer mount hole is way too small and...
