but my 19.5" haro is way to big and i just got it because it had a cracked swing-arm, and it has a few scratches on it. But i was wondering if there is ANY chance i could get it exchanged or what...

1) hey guys, i've been interesting in putting disc brakes on my bike but i came to the problem that i need new hubs and crap, is there anyway cheaper to put discs on a bike besides buying new hubs...
