True, although they do affect eachother. Bar rotation will change effective saddle to bar drop as well reach. Meaning measurments to the hoods can change, but stack and reach of the actual bicycle...

I love this thing. It has not failed me yet this season. I have been racing with my PT wheels, but the Reynolds are sexier. I am getting a PT hub laced into them soon as well.
