Seat tube on my 215ST is 22 inches center to center, even though it is a 23 inch frame size. Top tube is also 22 inches center to center. That is good news for me as I am between a 21 inch and 23...

Right now, its for me. I flipped the Univega Gran Turismo that I had (it was a tad small). This bike is so clean, I think I'll keep it for a while anyway and see how it rides.
