I just changed one of those freehub bodies. They're super loud because they're stout! lots of pawls and lots of ratchets!

And movement is generated across joints, so I'm not sure how a long muscle pulling vs a short muscle...

new stem and bumped the seat forward. need to raise it again, but I forgot to do it at home and no torque wrench at work means no fiddling with the foil seatpost...

I had originally a 2012 frame and yes, plenty of problems with the seatpost clamp. That was warrantied when the little clamp-plug pushed into the toptube carbon. The warranty frame had a bad bb shell...
