Yeah, what he said :). The hardest part is just getting out there. Once you do that, it's all downhill.....and then uphill, and then down another hill...and then, well you get the point.

First time poster here, and I'm proud to do it in a Clydesdale thread:) I am 6'2" and am currently at 246 pounds. I was 286 at New year's when I decided it was time for a change. I commute to work...
