it's hard to tell from the photo, You might have a UG cassette, in which case I would say your best option is to swap it for HG. There are some differences but I think in many cases it is possible....

to be fair, if someone says dual pivot they are referring to side pull dual pivot calipers which came in around what? 1989? 1990?, but technically speaking a center pull brake is a dual pivot caliper.
