Curt Gowdy State Park west of Cheyenne, WY today. Haven't been out there before. Probably my new favorite trails, extremely diverse and really fun.

I found some awesome trails near my house! They're really loosely put together, designed for foot use. I'm gonna work on cleaning them up a bit. They're really hilly, its all either up or down hill....

I got in some good trail miles today, first on the new bike. I LOVE it. Handles more like a cross country bike, lighter, looks better, it's just great. 11 miles...

Yeah man. He was on a rockhopper with a 4 inch travel fox too. Almost went over the bars at the landing in the middle.

Nevermind. My mom won't let me go to the trails. There are most likely perverts hiding in the woods on weekdays she says. I haven't done any real mountain biking since november. I can't wait to be 18.

I rode to work on the road bike today, that was a mistake. A car slid into me at like 2 mph, went down on the snow into slush. It didn't hurt, but I ripped my brand new seat and bar tape.

And then took a bus to work. Too hardcore for me even. 25, windchill 13.

I took out the newly renovated 'cross bike to the usual trails today. Whole different experience! 2 hours of good riding, muddy, then hit a sharp rock and got a pinch flat with 3 pinches. No tube.

I rode for 20 minutes today. It was too muddy - didn't want to mess up the trail. Plus my bike ended up weighing 42 pounds when I got home and weighed it. Lots o mud. Shoes weighed just under 5.
