If the freewheel body was to short for an 11sp...

If the freewheel body was to short for an 11sp maybe you could machine the back of the aluminium sprocket carrier to get it to fit. Would also need to check the derailleur to spoke clearance.

You must have some low gears to be able to hill climb at that cadence (unless you are very fast!).
