Im fine with just doing the balls, the grease should hold in place while doing it...as stated above, fill the cup then remove 1 bearing ?

? help headset bearing on an older Raliegh hybrid

Wifes bike, I dropped the headset and upper and lower are bearing cages...they are in pcs so I don't know how many bearings or correct size....Going on ebay to buy replacements looks like 20 bearing...

Ok I chgd the chain on my hybrid Giant bike,,,,the new chain was 116 links with a quick link....I used the old original equipment chain as a guide for length...I didn't have to remove any links..it...

Ah....nope WD is NOT a lube,,,it a water displacement liquid/cleaner...he sprays a rag with it and wipes the chin down,,,using as a cleaner...so yes he really is leaving it unlubed !

Even if you do put a 90# bike on the rear you are safe putting it out on the end with a class 2...lol ive hauled bassboats with class 2's with a heck of a lot more tongue weight,,,it wont break trust...

the other day I left in the morning w/o drinking much water,,,,did a quick 1 hr 20mph ride,,,came home and had blood in my urine,,,,showered,drank some water,,,pee was clear...called my URO....had me...
