The 3.0 and 2.8 are the Cannondale frames they made before the CAAD frames. The 2.8 is more recent than the 3.0.

The lack of hourglass seat stays means its before the CAAD4, which was introduced in 1999. I would bet its a CAAD2 frame as opposed to the 3 due to the lack of a tapered down tube. I don't think...
