i can't help but wonder what the LBS is going to do with the damaged frame. :p it's probably better than anything i have. not a criticism of the OP. just a fact.

i think i would inspect the inside edge of the crank arm for matching marks, because the damage is severe enough to require something getting between the crank arm and the BB to gouge it like that,...
