So will a chain roller/tensioner as pictured above help keep the chain from jumping to the right (between the chain and the guard)? My Swift does this on occasion, and it's rather annoying.

All I have so far are pics of the dent in the frame. I survived a layoff today (#4, baby!!!), so I felt pretty invincible until I got home and opened the box and found that the top tube was dented....
