2 months on and I'm only at 186 right now. I am slimmer and stronger though, so the fat is going somewhere!

Well I have an easy week as it is recovery from...

Well I have an easy week as it is recovery from chemo so I guess I will just swim 1-2km midweek and then rest until Sunday.

Amazingly I got on the scales today and was 191... funny how my weight...

I dropped from 195 to 193, but I have been 193 for 2 weeks now.

I can't believe that I have stayed at the same weight despite cycling over 80 miles, running 10 miles and swimming 3 miles this...

Unfortunately I had to take 2 weeks off exercise...

Unfortunately I had to take 2 weeks off exercise whilst my foot was bandaged up. Ate sensibly and dropped a pound to 198.

I was always a skinny guy as a teenager, weighed 168lbs in 2009 - at that point I was diagnosed with Leukaemia though. Chemo and steroids either main you lose loads, or gain loads... for me, I gained...
