2hrs... Had intended on 1x10min steady state and 3x3min power intervals. Did the steady state, but the legs had no jump the 3min intervals so I just shut it down and finished up with some endurance...

Yes...

You're suppose to do two with 10min recovery between. Then you average the two and multiply by 90%...

Much easier to do around here because of the roads I have work with.
