I can't say too much about how much the bike worth but the Caloi brand is the major brazilian bicycle manufacturer and have made bicycles in USA in the 90s.
this one is the Caloi Aluminium for road...

Maybe the fork does not belong to frame. Because it is indeed a 97 made.
Seat post it is from 97 too. It is a Kalloy, 26mm.
