Pretty sure it'll fit 35s without fenders. Any bigger and it'd probably be pushing it. At this point I'm not planning on running fenders on it.

Any recommendations?

I had one exactly like that. They clean up VERY nice. Enjoyed the ride as well but ultimately just a tad small for me.
