It doesn't look too bad but try rotating the bars down just a touch. See if that helps. It may not but it's an easy thing to try. (It's all I had to do.)

My hands didn't stop going numb until I got my handlebar/shifter positioning correct. Since then my fingers haven't gotten numb once. Post a side on pic of your handlebars.
