Hands falling asleep... Should I get different bars?

I have a Fuji Absolute 1. I've put about 4,000 miles on it in 1 1/2 years commuting.
My hands have always "fallen asleep" after 15 miles or so but it's getting worse lately.
I recently got a drop...
