A few tubes of blood aren't going to be missed at all. I doubt they took more than 100-150cc, literally a drop in the bucket of your blood supply. You probably have 5 liters of blood inyour body.

if you don't get any precision bike fit done (it's worth the $$), at least have them sit you in the mold to determine the width of your "sit" bones to determine optimum saddle width.

Have around 2500 miles on my romin evo I mounted on my R5, I found the fizik saddle to be unusable the first hour ride. Haven't looked back, I've got a romin, not sure what version on my s-works...

I ride 100-105 psi, I weigh 160 pounds. No issues with flats or anything. WHen I started riding last year I was running 120 or so but the lower pressure is definitely much more road friendly.
