I was going to swap the cleats to opposite sides as well so I can see if its just a problem with that specific cleat, or that pedal.

It would be a slight difference. If you live in a flat area, I'd say it would be a good choice. Then you can always go down to 48/15 for a bit more.

I started running a zaffiro up front a couple months ago, definitely like the smaller more racy tire in the front versus a heavy ass thickslick.
