If you build with 3/8 x .028 the ID will be .319". Use 5/16 (.312) tubing for the internal sleeves.

Lug windows need another coat of cream and the gold lug pin striping gets done tonight.

Then another coat of clear and it'll be ready to build up....

The midstays forward of the seattube are 1/2" x .035 4130. Behind the seattube I used a set of single taper seatstays. The 1/2" tube just fit into the 14mm OD end of the stays making a nice fit....
