New tape, cables and cable housings for the new year. Can probably shorten some of the cables another 1/2", I think. Only ridden it on the trainer so far, so I'll wait until I get a few road rides in...

The wheels are a little distracting (too many logos and graphics), but its great otherwise.

And better staging would help.

I'm torn on cutting the steerer. I like the idea of having the ability to raise the bars for endurance rides; I have a charity century coming up and I'd like to be able to adjust the fit accordingly.
