I'm pretty sure they are but I was going to just put the money into it just as my first restoration. And my gf wants a decent bike to ride around town.

Just picked this nishiki custom sport bike up for free it an early 70's model judging by the rack it has a 1974 California bicycle license plate on it any info or suggestions for replacement parts...
