I got upset with my progress. I broke down and started using fitday.com and saw how many carbs I was eating. Well I've done about 70 miles this week, eaten much better, and I've lost the same 7 lbs...

Since volleyball started ( I coach) my exercise has been replaced by standing a lot and eating fast food on bus trips.

Season ends in a few weeks and then I'll be riding outside 2-3 hours a day.
