Thanks for the advice. Yes. I also think it's as simple as eat less bike more. :-)

My bike does not have a throttle, it only makes me go faster but the energy expended seems to be almost the same...

Hi there.

I'm new to the forums. I have recently started bike commuting to work 4 times per week and so naturally all kinds bicycling topics are peaking my interest. This C/A forum is wonderful....
