The Shimano M087 and now the M088 go up to 52 in regular and wide. My son bought a pair of the 50's today. That is one big shoe lol.

I just bought last years model of this same shoe. It is the Shimano M087. Be aware that Shimano has what they call a volume plus toe box which gives you extra room from the ball of the foot forward....
