Yes chain line is off. I'll look at one of those 103mm, bottom brackets. thanks for the info

Update: New bottom bracket installed, chain line fixed. :)

Probably have to lengthen chain as well. The rear wheel is sitting about as far forward as possible in the dropout. I need the rear wheel to sit further back...
