Time trial bike may be angled slightly upward, others are all level. Saddle on tt has been replaced with an Adamo so it no longer has a saddle with a nose on it.

Going by the looks of it you need a different size frame, not a seatpost. That saddle is way too far back. You aren't going to find a seatpost with enough setback to make that safe.

Yeah but for a relatively budget build it isn't that bad. Plus, it's a backup bike, I enjoy riding my heavy ole Colnago much more.
